Program Description
PTG Multiservices (Puretek Global LLC) sends text messages to clients and to people who have asked us to contact them, about their own credit file and their appointments with us. Typical messages include confirmation that a dispute round has been mailed, notice that results have come back from the bureaus, appointment reminders, document requests, and billing reminders.
How You Opt In
You consent to receive text messages from us when you check the messaging consent box on our consultation request form, when you provide your mobile number and agree to text communication in your client agreement, or when you text us first.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service from us. You can work with us and never receive a single text.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on activity on your file. Most clients receive a few messages per dispute round. You will not receive messages on a fixed schedule.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for text messages, but your mobile carrier may, depending on your plan.
How to Stop Messages
Reply STOP to any message from us at any time and we will stop sending texts to that number. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. Stopping texts does not cancel your services with us — we will continue to reach you by phone and email.
To start receiving messages again, reply START.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your carrier and your device.
Your Mobile Information Is Not Shared
No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
