- Consumer credit information — the contents of your credit reports from the nationwide consumer reporting agencies, obtained with your written authorization through a credit monitoring service you enroll in.
- Correspondence — the messages you send us and the records of disputes we file on your behalf.
We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit this website, such as your browser type and the pages you view.
How We Use Your Information
- To evaluate your credit file and prepare and submit disputes on your behalf.
- To communicate with you about your file — when a round is mailed, when results come back, and what changed.
- To schedule and conduct consultations.
- To send you documents, agreements, and billing communications.

Mobile Information and Text Messaging
No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, and are not sold, rented, or shared for any purpose other than delivering the messages you asked to receive.
Information may be shared only with the service providers strictly necessary to deliver our own messages to you — for example, our messaging carrier — and those providers are prohibited from using it for their own purposes.

- Regulators and legal process — when required by law, subpoena, or to respond to a government request.
- With your direction — when you ask us to share information with a lender, broker, or other party.
Your Rights
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to the records we are required to retain. You may cancel our services at any time. Contact us using the details below and we will respond promptly.
You have rights under the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act, including the right to cancel your contract with us without penalty or obligation within three business days of signing it, and the right to dispute inaccurate information on your credit report yourself, at no cost, by contacting the consumer reporting agencies directly.

We keep client records for as long as your file is active, and afterward for the period our recordkeeping obligations require. We use commercially reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
